Real estate sales specialist
| Responsibilities | Establish and operate a department specialising in property sourcing, purchase and resale, and auctions. We are a small company that has mainly focused on tenant placement and rental management. To develop and expand our business, we seek someone who can build a property sourcing, acquisition and sales department from the ground up. We welcome applicants who can manage the department after its establishment, handle sales, train new staff and ultimately take responsibility for the department. This is a challenging role even for experienced applicants, but it offers a strong sense of achievement and substantial compensation. |

| Required experience | At least three years of experience in property sourcing, purchase and resale, or auctions, and the ability to use a computer. |
| Required licences | A standard driving licence; a Real Estate Transaction Agent qualification is an advantage. |

Real estate brokerage specialist for Chinese-speaking clients
| Responsibilities | Sales and sales support for property purchases, sales and rentals by Chinese-speaking clients. Main duties include finding and introducing properties, assisting with funding plans, handling transactions with other real estate businesses and banks, and using a computer to process information and documents. |

| Experience | At least one year of experience in real estate; proficiency in computer use, Word and Excel. Business-level Chinese and Japanese. |
